I paint murals for public spaces, family homes and companies.
I create colorful, dreamlike murals, that offer escape from the routines of our days and bring joy and warmth to spaces that otherwise would be dull. My murals bring the vibe of Nordic nature into the scenery and often times include portraits packed with emotions and expressions. I make street art, commissioned murals and other commissioned painting works with varied techniques as one of Finland’s few female street artist. Maalaan seinämaalauksia, eli muraaleja niin ulko-, kuin sisätiloihin. Etelä-Nummelan koulun julkisivuteokset

Nummela Art Night
Kuratoin kahdeksan katutaideteoksen kokonaisuuden Nummela Art Night-tapahtumaan. Valaistut teokset avattiin yleisölle, ja ihmisiä oli paikalla runsaasti, mutta itse tapahtuma konsertteineen jouduttiin perumaan kovan myrskyn takia. Nummela Art Night on Vihdin kunnan ja kulttuurituottaja Tommi Muhlin tuottama tapahtuma.  Alla omia maalauksiani, joista kopin maalaus toteutettu Sami Serpolan kanssa. Sami maalasi etanan ja puuta, taikametsä on yhteistyötä.

Tilaustyöt SF Studios / copyright Marvel / ctmg
Tässä hieman erilaisessa tilaustyössä toteutin mainospaneelien maalaukset spraymaalilla ja kynäruiskulla Spider Man- Across the Spiderverse-elokuvaa varten. Teokset sijoitettiin Helsingin keskustaan mainostamaan ensi-iltaa.

Katutaidetta Italiassa ja Suomessa
Tein pikaisen yhteistyön Jouni ” Psyke” Väänäsen kanssa Roomassa, ohessa oma osuuteni teoksesta. Suomessa maalasin Wasa Graffitilandiassa teoksen “Breathing under water”. Tälle vuodelle on tulossa vielä lisää erilaisia katutaidetoteutuksia. Maalasin Sami Serpolan kanssa suomessa ja Virossa, korento ja lisko ovat Samin käsialaa.

2022

Kilpijärven koulun prosenttitaidehanke
Toteutin moniosaisen taidekokonaisuuden Kilpijärven koululle Iisalmeen. Ulkoteokset kulkevat “Revontulien taikaa”-teemalla. Sisällä eläinteema jatkuu liikuntasalissa suuren Ketun myötä. Portaikossa
närhi ottaa lapset suojaan siipiensä alle, ja yläaulasta voi tarkastella kahta roikkuvaa himmeliä. Pyysin lapsilta tarinoita metsästä ja eläimistä, ja suunnittelin teokset niiden pohjalta. Tarinoissa toistuivat aiheina ystävyys, perhe, vaikeuksien voittaminen ja seikkailut. Suuret kiitokset projektista Iisalmen kaupungille, yhteistyökumppaneille ja kaikille mukana olleille! Ulkoteokset on toteutettu alumiinikomposiittilevyille, ja ne pinnoitti Kuopiolainen Epucoat-firma Epusafeguard-pinnoitteella.

2022 tilaustöitä ja katutaidetta

Tilaustöiden lisäksi olen maalannut mm. Tsekeissä ja Kreikassa, Huutijärven katutaidepihalla ja Wasa graffitilandiassa. Monet katutaidetöistä ovat improvisoituja ja nopeita, ja tarjoavat vastapainoa tarkemmille ja fotorealistisille luontoaiheisille tilaustöille, joista tässä esillä mm. yksityiseen autotallin seinään toteutettu Joutsen-seinä, Karhuteos venevajan oviin, Hiisihomesin syntymätarinan kertova sisämuraali, sekä eläinteos Nuuksion Taialle.

Nummela Art Night
Kuratoin seitsemän katutaideteoksen kokonaisuuden Nummela Art Night-tapahtumaan, joka oli viime vuotisen Palma Artin jatkoa. Loimme unenomaisen ja visuaalisen kokonaisuuden, joka valaistiin illan tullen uv-ja värivaloilla. Ohessa kuva omasta teoksestani “Protection”, ja pikkukuvassa myös Decoradoran ja Wild Drawingin teokset. Lisää kuvia löytyy instagramista tililtä Nummelartnight. Tapahtumassa nähtiin myös installaatioita, valotaidetta, ja kotimaisen vaihtoehtopopin kärkinimiä. Täysikuu kruunasi maagisen tunnelman. Tapahtuman tuotti Tommi Muhli / Vihdin kunta.

2021

Palma Art Night
Kuratoin noin 25 maalauksen ja sisänäyttely-kokonaisuuden Nummelan purettavalle Palman alueelle. Mukana oli useita eri tyylejä
edustavia taiteilijoita. Toteutin myös oman teokseni yhteen taloista. Alueella järjestettiin 9.10. Palma Art Night-festivaali, jonka aikana teokset valaistiin ja alueella oli lukuisia esiintyjiä. Festivaalin järjesti Vihdin kunnan Kulttuurituotanto. Taloihin voi käydä vapaasti tutustumassa osoitteessa Vihdintie 30, kunnes ne puretaan vuoden -21 lopussa!

Wasa Graffitilandia
Hylättyyn huvipuistoon perustettiin kesän -21 ajaksi graffiteja, muraaleja ja installaatioita esittelevä näyttely. Teokseni
“Guessing game” syntyi improvisoiden. Paikan päällä on laaja kattaus teoksia eri taiteilijoilta, ja kaikilla on ollut vapaat kädet, joten jos haluat sukeltaa hetkeksi katutaiteen maailmaan, tässä oiva kohde. Graffitilandia avautuu myös jouluksi -21 uusin maalauksin.

Taiteen kotitalo vol 2 , Kerava Moukaritie 4
Päivitin huoneeni Taiteen kotitalolle. Tämän vuoden teemana on Play time, ja toivonkin, että huone innostaa ja inspiroi
hetkeksi irti arjesta.

Automaalaus Pullapuisto-kahvilayritykselle
Pullapuiston kahvila-auton koristemaalaukset. Auton haluttiin sulautuvan Aurlahden rantamaisemaan, sekä esittävän
mielikuvitusmaisemaa, jossa tyttö ja lemmikit nauttivat piknikkiä hobittitalojen katveessa!

Maalauksia koteihin ja yrityksille

Pionisomisteet Sofiee & Pentikin myymälään Imatralle. Kirjahylly-illuusio sikarihuoneeseen yksityiskotiin. Maisemointi Lillmarin luomutilalle, sekä koristeellinen puusilhuetti uuteen kotiin. Minua ovat työllistäneet myös lukuisat taulutilaukset, joista tässä yksi metsä-aiheinen maisemointi toteutettuna levylle.

Mike’s Diner
50’s – tyyppiset maalaukset Mike’s Diner-ravintolaan Tikkurilaan!
Toisessa seinistä on käytetty myös UV-maaleja, jotka loistavat UV-valossa ja korostavat neonvärejä ja trooppista tunnelmaa!
Maalaukset ovat n. 4,8 m leveät,  2-3 metriä korkeat. Toteutettu vesiohenteisilla maaleilla monipuolisella tekniikalla.

Makuuhuoneen seinä yksityiskotiin
Asunnon värimaailmaan sopivat kukkaset ja betonijäljitelmä-pintaa. Toteutettu akrylaateilla.

2020

Lynx
Tikkurilan Vinha-maaleilla maaliruiskulla ja siveltimellä toteutettu muraali Sepänpihan alueella Nummelassa.

Luhtajoen Ratsutila
Maneesin päätyseinän seinämaalaus. Seinällä olevat hevoset ovat kaikki Luhtajoen ratsutilan nykyisiä tai entisiä asukkaita. Teos on toteutettu monipuolisella tekniikalla telalla, siveltimellä, maaliruiskulla ja spraylla. Erityisen hauskaa tällä kertaa oli kiviaidan jäljittely. Maalit: Tikkurila ja Molotow Finland.  Valokuva minusta ja hevosesta Elsa Wellamo Art.

Taiteen kotitalo
Olin yksi 94 taiteilijasta, jotka pääsivät muuntamaan hylätyn kerrostalon Taiteen kotitaloksi keväällä 2020. Projektin järjesti Jouni Väänänen, ja näyttelyssä kävi lopulta noin 30 000 ihmistä. Oman huoneeni teemana oli This too shall pass, joka viittaa sekä korona-aikaan, että elämän ja teosten väliaikaisuutteen.

Muuntamoiden maisemoinnit Finnkumu Oy:lle ja Järvi-Suomen Energialle. Teemana Savonlinna ja Saimaannorppa. Hienot kuvat muuntamoista maisemassa on ottanut Markku Tissarinen, Mediatuotanto Laajakantti Ky.

Sisäseiniä olen maalannut tänä vuonna mm. yksityiskoteihin (joutsenet, kuumailmapallot, oman kotini kukkaseinä kangastapetille, concrete beauty betoniseinään loft-asunnossa), yrityksille, kuten Ravintola Hiekkahentusen tiemaiseman, Elisa Santa Monican yritysgrafiikoihin ja teemoihin perustuvat opetustilat ja Stoodio Oy:n mielikuvituksellisen studioväen.

Meksikolaisen ravintola Mesa De la Mayan maalaukset olivat myös hauska värikäs lisä vuoden maalauksiin.
On upeaa nähdä värikkään sisustuksen, annosten ja maalausten toimivan yhdessä tunnelmallisena kokonaisuutena. Kuvat (c) La Mesa de Maya.

Katutaidetta
Olen ehtinyt maalata myös muutaman oman teoksen ja osallistua Mimmit Peinttaa Suvilahti-tapahtumaan. Omissa maalauksissani leikin vahvemmilla väreillä ja kokeilen uusia tekniikoita. Toteutan teokset yleensä melko nopeasti, koska ne ovat väliaikaisia ja kokeilullisempia.

Dreamy Fantasy painting for a private home, Helsinki

Hospital of Lohja / Lohjan sairaala
Metsän syleily / Embrace of the Forest. I painted a collection of murals with forest theme to the renewed waiting are of Hospital of Lohja. I think that when you or your loved ones are in the waiting room a bit nervous and unsure about your health it can be calming to imagine yourself waiting in the forest instead. Thank you Lohjan sairaala and HUS-taidetoimikunta for making this project a reality!

Black fox and the winter sun
This mural was exhibited at Pop up Joulukatu in Nummela 2019. It’s still available and consists of 3 full size plywood pieces, and can be re-installed to another wall. Lidl environmental friendly Distribution Center
Commission murals for the new Lidl Distribution Center, which is the most environmental friendly distribution Center in Nordic Countries. It was a pleasure to be a part of this fine project. My paintings are located in the office area and represent our beautiful and pure Finnish nature.

Every Autumn before the cold comes, the deers feast on the rose berries.

Myyrmäki Railway Station, Vantaa, Finland
I painted this collaboration mural with one of my favorite artists, Mr Dheo, in September 2016. This painting work was a dream come true to me in many ways and also a historical moment in Finnish Street Art Scene, since we don’t have too many international collaborations yet.

GREECE-UK-SPAIN-RUSSIA Spring  2016

I’ve been painting in various locations outside Finland during the spring 2016. Now I’ve returned to my home country for commission works, but I will be traveling again this summer to London and some other locations to paint. Olonets, Russia April 2016
Mural that I created during UnCapitals “Art in Remote cities” project. Olonets is a remote city in Karelia, Russia, with a very quiet atmosphere. Karelian traditions are very similar to Finnish ones. in this painting there’s some traditional wedding decorations and a Karelian girl with her fox.

2015

Fantasy Forest, Mikkeli 2015
During the Summer and Autumn 2015 I made several murals for the city of Mikkeli. Paintings are located in a little market square, in a local Municipal office and in the youth section of library of Mikkeli. I also held 9 street art workshops for locals, and they were a huge success! Over 70 local people participated, and there were people of all ages trying spray painting and stencil techniques. The idea of Fantasy forest was invented with the local people and they had the opportunity to suggest what kind of characters they would like to see in this forest. Almost 80 laser cut and individually painted characters are now hanging in the old trees next to the library, and they will travel to different locations in Mikkeli every summer. Local people can also write and share their own stories and fairy tales and leave them to the mailbox that is located in the area. This was a very nice project and I was happy to met so many locals during the project. Many thanks to Mikke Ry and YTS! More pictures of the project and work shops here.

Our House festival 2015
“If by chance some day you’re not feeling well and you should remember some silly thing I’ve said or done and it brings back a smile to your face or a chuckle to your heart, then my purpose as your clown has been fulfilled.”

This painting is dedicated to the people of Mikkola. These buildings will be demolished later during this year. I met a lot of locals while painting, and many of them said: “I wish this would have been painted 20 years ago, and not now while they take the houses down!” Once again it was everyone from young kids to grandmoms to drunks who came to talk and shared their memories and ideas and a little moment in time with me while I was painting. I wish this colorful piece will bring happiness and a positive vibe to the place before it’s gone. Clowns are always a little bit sad and tragic, but trying to cheer everyone up and I hope this clown will succeed in the mission! Permits to paint the wall + the lift where offered by Our House festival, that aims to increase the awareness of the more creative suburban culture. Library of Mikkeli 2015
I made two paintings for the Library of Mikkeli. The bigger painting of a boy reading a comic book is located in the comic section of the Library. Smaller painting MEGAMAU is for very small kids. Mike’s Diner @ Myyrmäen asema
Commissioned work for award winning restaurant Mike’s Diner. Diner is decorated with fifties style, and they wanted unique paintings to go with the theme. Go and check out the laid back atmosphere and tasty foods!
